SHIPPING POLICY

The order will take maximum 5-6 days to reach your doorstep. You can consider the shipping rates shown at the time of checkout to be final.

Cash on delivery

For all cash-on-delivery purchases, we will call your mobile number to confirm the order prior to processing your COD order. Any unreachable customer will be emailed for further contact. If we are unable to get in touch with you for 8 days from the date of your order, it will automatically get cancelled. If the order reaches your doorstep, you are not allowed to cancel the order. If such case arises, you will penalised and legal action will be taken against you. If you opt for Cash On Delivery option, a nominal fees will be charged.

Any Other Payment Method

If you opt for any other payment method including Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Bhim, or other methods that are provided by Razorpay, a nominal fees shipping fees will be charged. Any type of Payment processing is facilitated with the help of Razorpay, which is a third party App. It is the most secure payment gateway. 

Cancellations

Orders that are placed can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care in time that is before the order is shipped. If you cancel it in time, will refund the full amount back into your account. It may take 8 – 9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

If the order is processed or shipped to the address, you are bound to accept the order failing which a legal action will be taken against you.
